Where we ship

Across India. We do not ship internationally at present.

Because our fragrances are alcohol-based, they are classified as flammable liquids and travel by surface transport only. Air shipment is not permitted for these products. Some pin-codes are therefore not serviceable, and remote regions take longer. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout.

Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery is free.

Processing and delivery

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees.

Orders placed after [CUTOFF] or on a Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Delivery authentication

Deliveries may require an OTP sent to your registered mobile number, or a signature. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address you enter. We cannot change it once dispatched, and we are not responsible for delay or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Failed delivery

Couriers attempt delivery up to [3] times. After that the parcel returns to us and we contact you. Redelivery may be chargeable.

Delays outside our control

Weather, strikes, local disruption, festival volumes and courier operational issues can cause delays. We will help you track and escalate, but we are not liable for delay caused by a third-party courier.
