1. Who we are

This website, babylonparfum.com, is owned and operated by Babylon Parfum LLP, LLPIN ACY-7739 a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at A-1-2, Floor 0, Plot 40/42, A Wing, Kaif Tower, KR Mhatre Marg, Reay Road Railway Station, Mazgaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400010. GSTIN [GSTIN].

References to "we", "us", "our" and "Babylon" mean Babylon Parfum LLP.

Babylon Parfum LLP is registered as a packer under Rule 27 of the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, registration number LM/MMR_R/2026/3917. Our products are manufactured for us by Global Perfumes Company at the licensed premises of L-L Cosmo H & P Care, Bhiwandi, Thane, under cosmetic manufacturing licence MH/106675A. Manufacturer details appear on every product label and product page.

2. Acceptance

By placing an order or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.

We may revise these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order. We will not apply changes retrospectively to orders already accepted.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract.

4. Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. We do not accept international orders or deliver to freight-forwarding addresses.

5. How an order is formed

Product listings are an invitation to offer, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy.

The order confirmation email we send on checkout is an acknowledgement that we received your order. It is not acceptance. The contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

We may decline an order. Reasons include: the product is unavailable; the listed price or description was wrong; we could not authorise your payment; the delivery address is incomplete, undeliverable or a freight forwarder; or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or resale. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. Any delivery charge is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price because of a technical or clerical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after acknowledgement. We will tell you before we do this.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm the payment instrument you use is yours and the details you give are accurate. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we do not store your full card details.

Where Cash on Delivery is offered, we may restrict or withdraw it for particular pincodes, order values, or customers with a history of refused deliveries.

7. Delivery

We dispatch from Mumbai. Estimated delivery timelines are on our Shipping Policy page and are estimates, not guarantees.

Because our products are alcohol-based, they are classified as flammable liquids for transport and must move by surface transport. Air shipment is not available. This affects delivery times, particularly to the North East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep, where we may be unable to deliver at all. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout by pincode.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

If nobody is available to accept delivery after the courier's attempts, the order returns to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may be chargeable.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Product information and skin sensitivity

We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can, including notes, concentration and volume. Fragrance is subjective and how a scent develops varies between individuals. Screen colours may not match the actual product exactly.

Fragrance can cause a reaction in some people. Do a patch test on a small area of skin before general use. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. Do not spray near eyes or on broken skin. Keep away from flame and out of reach of children. Full ingredient and caution information is on the pack.

10. Intellectual property

The Babylon name, logo, product names, imagery, text and design on this website belong to Babylon Parfum LLP or are licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission.

11. Content you submit

If you post a review, image or other content on our website or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm the content is yours to license and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

12. Communications

By giving us your mobile number or email you agree to receive transactional messages about your order by SMS, WhatsApp, RCS or email. These are necessary to fulfil your order and cannot be opted out of while an order is active.

Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and you can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP, or by emailing mail@babylonparfum.com. We send commercial communications in line with TRAI regulations.

13. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier failure, natural events, strikes, civil disturbance, or government action.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to approach the consumer forum having jurisdiction where you reside.
